Looper

Book a caddie for your next round.

Looper connects golfers with local caddies who know the course. You post the loop and name your price, a caddie claims it, you approve who turns up, and you settle up when the round is done.

Launching first at select courses. No charge to join the list.

For the golfer

Book a caddie
1

Post your loop

Pick the course and the tee time, then say what you want: nine holes or eighteen, a caddie on the bag or a forecaddie for the group. You name the price. Add a card once and it's saved for next time.

Nothing charged

2

A caddie claims it

Local caddies see your loop on the board and put their hand up. You're told who, with their rating, their experience and the courses they work.

Still nothing charged

3

You approve them

Look at who claimed it and decide. Approve and they're confirmed; pass, and the loop goes straight back to other caddies. Your card is only held once you've said yes.

Card held, not charged

4

Play the round

Your caddie meets you at the first tee. Reads, yardages, and a bag off your shoulder — or a forecaddie already up ahead, watching where everyone's ball finishes.

Nothing to settle on the course

5

Settle up automatically

Your caddie marks the loop complete and the card you saved is charged. Tip afterwards if you want to — every cent of the tip goes to them.

Get work, get paid
1

Set up once

Your experience, the courses you know, and what you're worth. Payouts are handled by Stripe, so your bank details go to them and never to us.

One evening, then never again

2

Claim work from the board

Every open loop at the courses you work, with the tee time, the money and whether it's nine, eighteen or a forecaddie job. Claim the ones that suit you.

You choose what you take

3

The golfer confirms you

They see your rating and your experience, then approve. Once they do, the round is yours and their card is held for it.

Confirmed, not hoping

4

Work the round

Carry, read greens, call yardages — or forecaddie for the group. If the golfer cancels late, you're still paid for the slot you turned other work down for.

Late cancellations still pay

5

Get paid the same week

Mark the loop complete and the money moves. No chasing anyone across a car park, no waiting for a cheque. Tips come to you whole — Looper takes nothing from them.

Why have caddies on it
1

Better pace of play

Someone who knows where the ball went, and where the next tee is, keeps a group moving. Fewer lost balls, fewer back-and-forths to the cart, less waiting on the group behind.

2

A better round for your players

Reads, yardages and local knowledge turn a decent afternoon into one people talk about. Guests in particular play a course far better with someone who knows it beside them.

3

The course gets looked after

Bunkers raked properly, divots replaced, pitch marks repaired — every group, not just the conscientious ones. That is maintenance your crew is not doing twice.

4

A course people choose

A caddie program is something golfers plan a trip around. It is the difference between a course someone plays once and one they bring friends back to.

5

Nothing for you to run

No roster to keep, no cash through the pro shop, no arguments about who was paid what. Caddies are booked, confirmed and paid through Looper.

The money

You're not charged until you've played.

Most booking apps take your money up front and make you argue for it back. We hold it and release it, which means a round that doesn't happen doesn't cost you.

When you book
Your card is saved, not touched. Nothing is charged.
When you approve a caddie
A hold appears on your card, the way a hotel does it. Still not a charge. A caddie claiming your loop changes nothing until you say yes.
When the round is done
The hold becomes the charge, and your caddie is paid out to their bank.
If you cancel early
Free up to 4 hours before your tee time. The hold disappears.
If you cancel late
Inside 4 hours it's 50% — your caddie turned down other work for you.
If the weather turns
We waive the fee for the whole course. You're not charged.
For caddies

Set your rate. Get paid the same week.

No chasing golfers for cash, and no wondering whether a booking is real.

Your rate, your call
Put your rate and your experience on your profile. Golfers see it before they book.
Claim the loops you want
Open requests at your course, with the tee time and the money shown up front. The golfer approves you before it's confirmed.
Know it's covered
The golfer's card is held the moment they approve you, so a confirmed loop is a real one.
Paid to your bank
Mark the loop complete and your share moves automatically. No invoicing.
Late cancellations still pay
If a golfer drops inside 4 hours, you keep your share of the cancellation fee.
